Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase. Times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country's customs authority. LiftLabs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us through our Contact page. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update the address before the order ships.
